Good site for anxiety, anger, fear, frustration even the bad thoughts that you have and I have overcome in the past. I still get them, I put my armor on and I use my skills, many skills. somehow I come out ok, the darkness seems to get shorter each time.
You can do this, you are worth the trouble to save yourself. Most of all, it is a wonderful feeling when you get an inkling that you are loveable.
