Hi and welcome!
I think we are all sick of depression. You say you go to therapy on and off, this might be a good "on" time. Maybe you need your meds adjusted.
I don't have anger issues or the physical pains but I do have the sadness that threatens to block out everything else.
Hang in there, check in with your doctor. We are here if you need us!!

Hey, :-)

Keep the FAITH and learn to take one day at a time.... almost one moment at a time.  There will be good days and bad ones.  Celebrate and thank GOD for the good days and struggle thru the bad ones with God as you helper, Lord, and guide.  God is all that gets me thru my bad days... w/out Him I do not know what I do do!?!  confused

Just adding my welcome. Tie a knot in the rope and hang on. Thoughts are with you.
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.
