I have been in much more pain recently,due to an effort to exercise more and get back into shape. I gained back the weight I had lost, and had to quit my old gym due to finances. I joined Planet Fitness--hey, 10 bucks is do-able. Plus,we have been biking lately, in an effort to enjoy the summer. I have only taken off 4 July, due to pain from a particularly brutal bike ride on the 3rd. Yesterday, went with BF to his gym to use the pool,and realized how much tone/stamina I had lost. My normal exercise included a lot of deep water aerobics, and boy, I miss it. I plan to go do the elliptical here in a bit. Maybe a load of clothes at the same time--my gym is next to a good laundramat. I have a bucket of clothes from our excursion over a mudded trail on Sunday.
Anxious and trying to focus on job applications. Daydreaming about
a few jobs I applied for last week, and trying to get away from that. Also, the federal website is being super-cranky today.
The only way out of this morass is forward. A job won't solve everything,but it will make a lot of things more bearable.
Edit-Spoke/typed too quickly. Setup an interview for next week, magnet school for teaching my area of specialization.
