Hi all~
I just wanted to write in about my experience last night.
I have been feeling pretty low lately, just getting through the days, ya know?
I was outside last night smoking, I looked up at the almost full moon and I got this wonderful feeling, calm, magical. I thought to myself -This is why I am still alive - moments like that- natural beauty inspires me!
I am trying to live for those moments that make me think "If this isn't nice, I don't know what is."
It's the simple pleasures that keep me hanging on. Life is still worth living. I haven't been able to say that truthfully in a long time. Hang in there everyone!

thanks. Always necessary to stop and look around. there is much beauty around us if we allow the opportunity to look.
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.
