Hi, I am new to this forum.
I have been depressed for a long time but from last friday I seem to have hit the rock bottom. Suddnly everything just became too overwhelming for me. This was with regard to my job. I have been going from work place to work place and now I can't bear up anymore.
Right now, I don't know what more to do. I don't like the psychotherapist I am seeing. So I need to find another one soon.

Not knowing where you belong is so hard,it does make the depression worse I think.I've been without a job for a year now,and have hit rock bottom too many times to count.
Have you thought about an employement agency? They make you feel so great as they are working for you too.
Just an idea
Don't worry about the world ending,it's already tomorrow in Australia!
