I want to get better yesterday.  It finally came crashing down when I made my daughter cry today. Help

Hi Sadflower
I am so sorry to hear how you are feeling, I know this disease can really take a toll on us, I too have made my child cry and the guilt is so unbearable and I go to my child and tell him sorry and let him know that it is not his fault and try to explain why mommy yelled at him. for me it took 3-4 weeks to start to feel something with my meds, what are you taking and when did you start taking the meds because sometimes meds have to be changed as some of them don't work for some people. Please take and hug your girl.

How long and what have you been taking? It took almost 3 months before I noticed a difference. They never made me feel happy, but the cloud of doom hanging over my head left.

Thank you so much for your responses.  I haven't started any meds yet.  Sometimes I am feeling fine and I think I don't need anything but then it seems that my daughter and my husband are triggers to my anger and then I regret not starting.  Thank you for the quotes and the concern.
