Hi, my name is Rich and I am depressed today. We've just come through Hurricane Harvey, but that is not the reason I am depressed. I just don't know what to do with myself today.

My sister is home and that's part of what is bugging me. We have been cooped up in this house together for about 5 days and I would like to be alone at least for a while.

I am retired and life is supposed to be a lot more fun than this.

I know one of the things I can do to lift myself out of this and that is take a shower and get dressed. But I would like to just stew for a while and feel depressed.

I have a painful pimple/boil on my lower stomach and that is really bugging me today. Plus some sort of irritation of my eye which is red.

Sometimes wallowing is therapeutic, but keep it within reason. Set a timer and go full out with stewing over everything you can think of for a full 15 minutes. Then get up and take a shower. If you need to cry or scream, the shower is the perfect place! Take a full 5 minutes of shower time to rant and rave.

Then get out, get dressed, and have a great day!

<I know that ended up sounding way too simplistic, but I swear it helps!>

Rich,

So GOOD to hear from you.

Happy you road out Harvey safely.

Perhaps some warm compress on your stomach will help draw out the yuck.

As for you eye, guess you have to wait and to the the doc. try not touch it, if you can get to an open pharmacy, you might have a pharmacist give it a look.

One moment at a time.

Hang in there.
Peace

HT

Internet is down and I have no way to access my Yahoo email account. I should have received a box by now too send the Ellipsis Jack back to Verizon and receive a new one. This one is still under warranty.

I yet have to receive one. The corporate stores refuse to replace it claiming that is not part of their inventory, and support which is out there in Virtua Dimensions somewhere says it is the corporate stores responsibility.

Since this was only 39.95 a year ago and there are new ones out that are $50 that do much more when John gets home tonight from work we will look on our phones his has a bigger screen, and consider just buying a new one.

Yes I think that is exactly what they want us to do they do not want to replace anything they want people to buy new gadgets so they make it impossible almost in Pottsville to replace something that still under warranty.

Monopolizing in Corporate America drives me crazy I cannot focus on it for too long.

I am using the speaker on my phone to post this message so if there are any words that do not make sense apologies to you and all who read it. My hands are shaking too much to type due to so many med changes in the last 2 weeks.

StayWell Jamie take care of yourself

Peace and gentle hugs
