Hi all...stolen frm doctors rooms ..
Depression will make you feel like you are too much. It will make you feel like u seek attention In this way it drives you to more loneliness. In this way it owns your thoughts and movements. As always its here to take and take from your being. When it says dont people today its because its a selfish desease that wants your whole being all to itself. Its hunger drives you to believe that you are not enough.
It wins when we self destruct.

If you have been wanting to get up but the whispers in your ear have been saying. Dont today.

I encourage you to today and now. Take a bath maybe.

Take a walk even if just for a little bit. Read something inspirational.

Send that message you have been delaying. Do something to suprise the depression. Make it uncomfortable for it does not like it when you dont give up. In your corner Im sending you love and light.
I The Wounded Healer.

thank you for posting.

I gave your post a title and separated your paragraph for easier reading.

Skills are so important to challenging and not allowing our diagnosis's control us, but instead, letting us control the diagnosis.
