sis rang yesterday severly distreesed. guardian
said to sis you are making your bro homeless.
he tells us 4 days before handing back the house
that bro is not moving. housing are seperate and were
told a few months back that bro must leave or
eviction, and the health insp signed off on it.
seems he has not granted permission for ccu, which

he badly needs. my sis spewed venom at him twice.
he has done nothing, is rude, negligent and incompetent.
bro's mental health team can do nothing.
police have done so many welfare checks, he lets no one in,
not the district nurse and he is a very non compliant diabetic.
he has autism and schizo affective, and knows nothing of the
world. i will see his team and get a paper trail on everything.
i will take this expletive to the cleaners. first get him removed as
guardian, make a formal complaint, got to the guardianship
board with evidence of his neglect and crassness of his
team and us his family.

third legal action thru the administrative tribrunal.
as a family we have agreed to smash this person.
he even spoke with mum, coniving things when she
was under the mental health act. he may end up with me.
he needs specialised care and i am broken at the moment.
have been vomiting with stress and anxiety. i will seek the
mental health omadusman as well. metallica, seek and destroy.
for once and for all we will crush the gov and the lack of care
neglect, disrespect and four days notice of his impending
homeless. i am hurfting, angry and out for blood this
time. cage rattling is over, now i am pissed, and tired,
drained and intend on crushing the system and exposing
them on tv.

I hope things work out for your bro. I am sorry that it is so difficult right now. Try to rest and not worry too much. I hope that things get better.

Hugs, Karen...

Jamie, can you skype your shrink of a session?
A trusted voice of reason may help in this chaos within chaos.

As a family member cant you sister allow the police entrance to see him? Does she have a key? I know she is busy and wrecked also, but to take it own all yourself ...

How about calling a local news station that runs human inTeresa stories.

I wish you calmness, ability to meditate and strength

Peace

Yikes, that sounds incredibly stressful and worrying - I can't imagine. Please remember to take care of yourself first, if you aren't in decent shape you are no good for anyone else.

I hope you can find a new home for your brother quickly. The situation sounds nuts. I don't get how so many unsuitable people end up working in social care or mental health - these people are meant to be experts, or at least professionals. And yet they're hopeless.

Good luck...

yep. guardian on notice. housing dept allowing bro
to stay very short term. but must let people in to clean and fix.
complaint form coming...we requested it via support team,
we are doing an outside attack as my sis says. she has stepped
up a lot. guardian has to liaise with housing now. and has, as housing has
with him and gave him the crux of the matter!! we are all over it.
i am going down for paper trail later in the week. appts to suit.
we will advise the guardianship board for new guardian, and have supporting
documentation and for this bugger to be dismissed as a guardian due to
negligance, bullying and a failure to uphold bro's care anmd welfare
and that of our family via his inept and crass treatment of all.

So glad Sis has stepped up.

You sound strong, but do remember self kindness mate.

We can not fix ignorance. Only work around it (in fury sometimes ) as the warriors we are!

Bringing this crap to light is so courageous of you and your sister! Mostly you I would lay bet on.

There are good people in this world trying to care for the infirmed and the challenged. However, it is always the bad, cruel people we here about in the news and more times that not have to deal with in state/Gov programs, do to the fact, no on else will hire people like that.

We are all with you. Not behind but beside you!
