I know it is hard to use the speaker, I use it some times when my hands shake too much, side effect from meds.
I can get the comma and period, by just saying it. The rest I have to edit.
I also have chronic pain, though not fibromyalgia. I use mediation and mindfulness to deal with and actually reduce the pain level.
There is an app for phones entitled Insight Timer, it is free. Then there is the web site mindful.org
