Errr. A lot on me head.
Too scared to sleep in room.
Flu and wheezing. Got endo at nine. Nearly
Two am. Was too scared to take sleeper.
Thought was going to pass. Been dx with
Severe carpal tunnel. Doc done full bloods
And esr to check for auto immune. Muscles
Nerves in feet and legs nasty...cooler weather
Coming. Neck hurts. Yeah two discvbulges
And arthritis. Layed on couch for a bit.
Watervworks doin me in.
Bar one obstactle bro sorted. Good new
Guardian. Sis got one battle to sort.
Thought i wohld post. Hope is ok.

Hopebu all kickin and screamin.
I thinkvabout u all often.
Can't read posts on me ph.
But will have a look sooner or later

I HOPE IT GOES WELL FOR YOU AT THE DOC. WE THINK OF YOU OFTEN AS WELL. GLAD FAMILY IS SORTING THEMSELVES. KEEP MOVING--OTHERWISE ARTHRITIS WILL TAKE OVER. BE SAFE AND WELL.

Thx all. Seen endo. Wants legs
Nerve test. Not diabetic neuropathy.
Sugars as non diabetic. A1c 6.3.
No inflammation on esr. Reckons nuropathic in
Feet legs. Unaure on wTer
Works. Think stress and anxiety.mmand weight hevsaid.
Going to bed. Many appr for gp new xt tues.

told guardians to leave me alone. good job. wanting more.
megs sorting one major issue. doc put me on a weekly insulin thingy. help metabolism
and weight loss. looks like a nth Korean rocket missile!!!
doin a bit better. keep well all.

thx friends. yeah severe carpal tunnel right. and bad left. got nerve conduction tomoz for peripheral nuropathy...non diabetic.. long study on feet arms and legs. no inflammation on esr bloods. lucky a spot came up..and nurology remembered me from last as I gave em a few good laughs. keep strong.

Good in the sugar, one victory had!

Empathize on the feeling finalizing parents estate, never an easy task. Emotional. Use your skills, let anger, sadness, etc run its course. Meditate and let those emotions come forth and recognize them. They will go away once validated.

at library. session with shrink on idiot ph was good. helped a lot and confirmed my wrongful thinking. he supports my research on gabapentin, has an adjunct mood stabiling quality. need gp apt, but awaiting results, after easter I think. been getting out as not to isolate, that is when my brain goes awry. keep well my friends.
