The first is thing is to get control of your emotions. Hard but doable.
Sit up straight in a comfortable position with your feet on the floor. Focus on the feeling of the floor.
Now think of a square. your are going to breath in and out slowly following the shape of the square.
staring at the bottom right corner. breathe in as your mines eye follows the line up.
breath out across the top.
breathe in down the other side
breathe out across the bottom
Continue this exercise until you feel calm.
relax the shoulders, neck and back as you become aware of tension. The tension causes a lot of pain.
