Hi, I'm Rich aka older guy,

i have nothing to do today so i will just stay home. i went through some inner conflict earlier about how i should go out, but i live with my sister and she's gone so i have a chance to just goof off today, and i'm taking it.

i can see now i will come up with things to do. i can watch TV, write in my journal, do a bit of drawing/coloring and maybe listen to some political programs. i've already done my Facebook for today and my Instagram.

tomorrow I have a training for ESL teaching, which I am doing as a volunteer. This will take up some of my time. I semi-retired in August of 2017 and planned to go back to work part-time after that, but it hasn't happened yet. In a few weeks when I feel comfortable teaching, I may look for something part time.

it's important for me to reach out to people. i have text mailed my 2 closest friends and have heard back from one of them. i get disappointed if i text people and they don't respond. i am aware i need more close friends to share with. Meanwhile I have you guys.

Feedback encouraged.
Love, Rich

HI Rich,

Glad that you posted today. I hope you are well. I think it is awesome you are going to volunteer teach. I am sure you will get much gratification out of it. Working part time is cool too. I been thinking about it myself but haven't tried yet.

Goofing off can be good for the soul. Sometimes we just got to take a day and just chill. I kind of do that often. I get the basics done, dishes and cooking, but tend to let the rest of things go. I make up for it on another day.

Been cold here and going to get colder before it is over. There is a big storm coming in but hopefully it will stay south of us.

I hope your day is good. Take care and thanks for posting.

Hugs, Karen...
