Ok so I'll try and keep this as short as possible. I know similar questions have probably been asked on this forum. So for probably a good 10 years or so, I've had symptoms of extreme tiredness. I'm talking that if I am not literally trying to stay awake, I'll fall asleep. I catch myself drifting at times I shouldn't be. It's a struggle all day long every day. Takes me about
30 seconds to fall asleep every night. Energy drinks literally do nothing..
I have sleep apnea. I use my machine every night. It shows that it works pretty good, but I'm still tired when I wake up.
My muscles always feel sore and hard to move. I have pain in my feet, my ankles and pretty much everywhere else. It's debilitating. I work with my hands and am bending down and getting up all day long. I have to pull through it with all of this pain. I'm a lot slower than I used to be.
My memory is garbage. When I was in grade school I was super smart. Straight A's across the board. Once I got sick,(which I'll explain later) I stuggle to remember things from 5 minutes ago.
My eyes hurt. It's hard to explain but I always feel some sort of light pressure around my eyes. I know I have dry eyes but that's not it.
Quick medical history. I've been on this forum forever. I've had crohns disease since I was 9. Had to get an ostomy bag at 25. I did see a rhuematolgist I believe years ago and they said I probably have chronic pain.
Oh, I'm constantly starving. I could eat, get full and eat again 20 minutes later.
I've been bringing these issues up with my doctors for many years. They've tested me for anything they could think of. All neutricional levels are normal as well as vitamins. No thyroid issues.
They tried some mild antidepressants years ago, they didn't have a significant impact that I can remember.
I've Googled and read articles but my symptoms are the same as a lot of other issues and the descript
ions are pretty vague. That's why I'm reaching out to you guys, with experience to help me.
