Ocean, to bad about
I have DJD also I use mindfulness alot!
When i was in my 30's I would give platelets at Cleveland Clinic. I have to say. The people I met when I lived out there, were the most optimistic I have ever met!
When starting having troubles in 2006, i remembered the conversations and I found a nutritionist and went onto a whole food diet slowly,
I now eat no processed foods, no artifical ingredients. No food dyes. And red blue are in everything it seems!
Very little red meat, or meat at all for that matter. Fish sometimes. Eggs often
I can say Ocean, it has reduced the inflamation of arthritis, mine is bilateral but ostio. And my joint seem to react better to the glucosamine
