Hi FP, My therapist went through a pregnancy while I was seeing her and it was OK. She took 6 weeks of maternity leave and had everything arranged for me to contact or see one of her colleagues while she was out.
I bumped my duloxetine dose up about 2 weeks ago and I am now starting to feel a little better. It makes my night sweats worse, but I guess I'll just have to put up with that.
Guess I should go to bed now. I don't like to go to bed because I tend to ruminate so I stay up later than I should. I have tried guided meditations that I can listen to on my phone in the past, maybe I'll start up again.
