also there is an APP for androids called INSIGHT TIMER. that has guided meditations from 3- 30min, talks, music 3-60 min or longer
When it is free, you can uninstall if you don't like it. When overwhelmed, especially anxious at work. you can go to the mens room, use ear piece and listen to a short inspiring meditation specifically for grief.
Just search for grief and you can book mark them, they will go to "your meditations". there at your choice, even shows your few last plays for faster retrieval.
