I suffered from chronic depression most of my life. After moving into a solitary living situation, my stress levels went way down, and my depression levels improved a lot, because I am a solitary type person, who was forced by financial circumstances to live with others most of my life, and this was very stressful on all concerned. A few years after I started living solo I read about the benefits of B vitamins for mood and depression, so I started taking them, and that helped me even more, so now my chronic depression is under control, and without the harmful drugs being pushed by Big Pharma. I know for an absolute fact that the B complex vitamins help, because I've occasionally run out of them, and then got moody, depressed, and weepy for no reason. As soon as I restocked on B complex vitamins and started taking them again I returned to a more normal state, one which I've only enjoyed since I've been taking the B vitamins. Being chronically depressed for decades was awful. I like how it feels having my moods stabilized, without nasty side effects, so I will stick with the B complex vitamins. This supplement won't cause any weird euphoric effects. What it does is stabilize my mood levels, and that feels plenty good, without any euphoria.
Mind you, this may not work for everyone, as there are a number of different possible causes of chronic depression. However, the possibility of a B complex deficiency should be considered, and can be put to the test by taking them for a while. If it doesn't help, then you need to look into other possible causes, with the help of your doctor.
