Thanks, the pain is certainly minimal enough that I *could* exercise -- it's just that the physical therapist doesn't really want me doing anything that uses the hip/glutes - which throws out most cardio... or 2/3 of what I'd normally do! And exercise of any kind does seem to aggravate the hip.
Not sure how I feel about
a CBD salve... I do have some cream with Lidocane in it that is a good topical, and I have pain medication (that I don't like taking). Will have to think about
a CBD option. (PS. Checked into this...too expensive for my taste. Thanks, though!)
