Hi my healingwell mob.

Karen suggested i write a similar post to one i put on the bi polar forum.
So, finally 2020 is near it's end. Elation, no, another year to follow.
The bi poar community get the chaos, the good bad and ugly of it, well i do. Actually, this chaos
shall promote the opportunity for harmony.

Strangely, well not really, i have engaged in more connections, again this arvo with a former student,
starting up a peer chorum of sorts. Also, i have completed the foundations component of the
cert4 in peer mental health support work, via zoom! Got certificate. Am sorting my scooter, it has been submitted, into
a mediation type small claims court. Accidently bought a trike on aliexpress, shipping they were devious on, after
payment, yes, a claim, cancellation and paypal onto it!

We got our bro sorted, mostly. More to do, but we have had big key stakeholders fall on their swords, with
heads lowered. More to do, but we got his NDIS funds fixed, his services fixed, and he is in an srs for a little
bit. I have, this year been improving my self efficacy with peer supports, and will begin an employment
pathways program next year, early jan, start with volunteer. Been doing the walking laps at the pool
and using my smart watch with exercise. Yes black fri, amazon, bargain, and i signed up to prime, then cancelled
giving the month and free expedited delivery, smart turtle!

Have, with a letter from OT and doc filling in the form, applied for a gate and fence, security issues.
Dr, got to love him, bi polar is effected due to intruders! We have an awesome cohesion of cut through!
Have done another session with the mental health professionals network, and more in the new year. This year
been doing a garden plot, vegies, grown and cooked some, and an art program, to continue in the
new year. Bro is walking with crutches with the basic prosthetic leg. Back garden, very nice, with nice solar
lighting, and grass plants healthy, and as are the front. Yep new hose and watering, trimming. Lost a fish the other
day, bit sad. Friends gave me a bed and old recliner, that is ok. New washer, old kicked the bucket, six weeks
hand washing, i actually enjoyed. Front loader on sale at Aldi, my mate, aka bro, ran to the back, 4 were out
only, new vac too. Intercom i set up, has video, first one, blew as first vac and first smart watch, had a bad run

The chaos of 2020, see it as a compassionate learning tool for greater understand and promotion of this.
We do this in many ways, and your way is the best for you. So, i have not allowed 2020 to be a full downer,
the loss of covid, floods, hurricanes and more. We as humans are not immune from viruses because of
class money or location. Many have been touched by this and many from other destruction and pain.
The more focus on compassion and community via our voice will highlight that war guns and the invest
of such is just incredulous. Change, begins with us. Even those in pain and mental illness-
i have seen much compassion, here there and everywhere, thus even with our struggles we can highlight
that progress is achievable, and in a supporting environment voices will be heard.

I been struggling ,albeit still pushing, and i remind myself that my ancestors had it much harder, and that many
others now do, in wealthy and non wealthy countries. Change comes from giving something anything a go,
i am on this path, gingerly. Yeah, struggling at the moment, but this will pass. 2021 is just a rollover of 2020,
to see it this way helps me be cognizant that a new year only brings about change from continuing the
ideals of compassion, care, togetherness and a renewed focus into the new year of 2021. Hopreully this will aid
our depressive thoughts into positive ones, in whatever we do.

Be kind to yourselves, the planet and the animals. embrace in whatever positives you put out there,
as these are crucial, to ourselves, humanity, future generations.

Jamie, dear mate to HW, friends and others who will never know who touched them with kindness and compassion.

We can not help but be depressed at times with so much going and have little control.
Our brains say enough! Kick start our diagnosis to make as rest and unplug a bit.

What a victory you and your family executed against the system for your brother!!!

Condolences for your fish... this very thing is why I gave away my aquarium.
You can get attached to a fish.
No I didn't flush, couldn't. Buried them.πŸ™„

I hear Thich Nhat Hahn in your words. From some of he talks/speeches during past world crises.
Peace

Nice weather last few days. Been watering a bit. good amount of plant trimming.
Starting to get organized regarding my funding review, aka, begging session! Looking very much
at a pedal assist electric bike, with throttle. Hope the reef claim happens soon. Thurs go back to
the art group. Keeping up, well, as best as i can around here. I was a very avid, and experienced
cyclist in my younger years. Been discussing with a Tim on anxiety forum about getting back into it.
Trucks, cars had to be wary of me back then! super fast, take no !@#* rider i was. I was at times, a danger to myself! Yeah, the young bullet proof take all risks without a care, back then, better i will be these days.

Keep strong everyone. HT

Well what ya waiting for...shopping for a bike is tricky and finding a bike there are so many to choose from. Here in the NW Portland has bike rentals. There are rental bike stations set up , just pay for the time needed and a bike is unlocked for use for the time rented. There are many bike stations set up throughout the city. Some bike stores will let potential buyers rent bikes to decide on which type to purchase. Biking is a big deal here lots of clubs.
Not sure what applies in the above for you HT .... or you could just drop by and we can go horseback riding. I have a couple horses well trained to the trails around here. Now that’s a workout...
Anyway nuff said ... πŸ‘

In the throws of my next funding review, will be sooner or later.
Arranging the OT to endorse what we have come up with.
Occupational Therapists, in Australia have excellent pull when it comes to the government.
I consult one who is diverse and not scared to push the line. Got another session with my
Support Coordinator tomorrow. Next week or my OT will pop in. Had a laugh, to myself today;
my gardener was to come, at 1.30pm i get the bill emailed, but the guys hadn't arrived, and later text me, sorry, tomorrow. All good. Keep strong, HT
