I feel like I'm getting 'attached' to my therapist. When I say attach, I do not mean it in a romantic way. I find my therapist to be very good and they have helped me, to an extent, in dealing with my depression and anxiety.
I have had other therapists who were also good, but I find my current therapist is helping change how I view things. As a result, I get anxious about my therapist leaving and having to start a new relationship with another therapist.
Is this normal?
