shrink ages ago said i can increase the pristiq to 150. Have him thursday and since i have been in a depressive
episode for awhile i will get the extra script, i digress any better outcomes for anyone eating 150mg? HT
Am eating 100, but nothing.

I did well on 150mg of pristiq. But my insurance wont pay for over 100mg and I can't afford the other 50mg. I am feeling okay though. I tried adding other anti depressants but there were too many side effects. I hope that it helps. I like pristiq.

I've never taken meds for my depressions but I do believe they are always situational,

Found out you can test for levels of pristiq in a special blood test. Shrink a tad concerned, and i suggested we do bloods for lamotrigine as well. Await path slip. Bloods will be sent to Perth in Western Australia. Reference lab.
Seen gp today. Had peer worker and support worker, busy.

Bonus news, smar***ch found! Yes in support workers car, under her kids booster seat, the kid dropped something and the mum got a two for one!!! Get it next week.

The 🐢 is still kicking n screaming.
Sometimes i have an indifferentia take on things that turns alike the windmills in Holland...something gets churned out by every spin of the blade.

Gad physio assessment the other day...good. Engaging a psychologist to bounce the ball with.

Cooking classess at home i have started. This fri we do soup. Garden is good...
Bave more nick nacks...old minors lamp so a old bucket and old watering jug...yep will put flowers in it. Bought an old wheelbarrow as well.

Awaiting in a couple of months an arrival of an electric pedal assist mountain bike....yep dispatched to port and await a slow boat from 🇨🇳.
