Hi these feelings do pass, support is key.
As Bnot said, anything can cause these feelings. Distraction helps with stinkin' thinkin'.
I use music, air walking stick guitar. Am in a up n down manner, a tad crappy, so i crank the tunes, today it is Iron Maiden. Have a chat with your doc, a check up never hurts, things like hormones and stuff get us all in a funk.
Vit d is important to aide in depression, yeah we get the isolation, but in the end it lends to a deeper spiral.
Keep safe, reaching out is a sign of strength and not weakness. HT.
