I've always struggled with low stamina. At first, I thought I had chronic fatigue and went to doctors; however, they have told me my low stamina was due to depression.
Lately, my energy levels have been horrible. Interestingly, I'm not going through a depressive episode. I can't do anything and literally have to force myself to walk. I've been eating right and taking multi-vitamins, but nothing seems to work.
I'm wondering if others experience this as well.
