Welcome to the HealingWell forum. While I have only heard of the book you mentioned, I have been practicing Yoga for about 6 years now. I find it a really wonderful way to relax. I first took a class at a local community college when I had a really stressful job and it was the one thing that helped kept me calm, cool, and collected. I couldn't believe the difference one class made. I would highly recommend giving Yoga a chance to anyone who is interested. I especially found taking a class to be the easiest way to make sure I was using the proper form, then I purchased a few DVD's and have been using those ever since!
