I want to thank everyone for responding to my previous thread that delt with my Lexa pro difficulties.  I am happy to report that I had a great Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and an absolutely normal back to baseline Saturday.  However, today I felt very anxious etc...
Is it reasonable to have those little setbacks in the path to remission?  I was so frustrated today after I had four great days....Pretty demoralizing!!!
Please let me know your thoughts

Hi Ya
this has been sitting here for a while so i'll add my little peace,
there will be falls backwards no matter what you do or take, thats pretty much life anyway, but look at it as something to make you push forward, and a chance to see that there are some good times ahead too, how often even when this disorder wasn't with you, did you feel a little down sometimes, then somewhere a day, week... later, youre laughing and having a good happy time, and you think, the last time i remember, i was feeling down, now im happy, when did that happen,
keep making yourself strong,

dont know if that helps, it's late here, and im getting sleeeepy, but didn't want this to fall down the page too far

Hi sadguy,
I am so glad that you have had a few days of relief.  I have a saying that I used to tell my clients when they would start to have problems again (of course they had much more than depression) and I also apply it to myself and have it written down on a note card to remind me...."sometimes you have to fall back, to keep moving forward".  It just kinda helped to remind that when I do feel bad it isn't going to be forever, and I have to do something to help myself feel better.  I dont know if it will help you....just thought I would share.  Take care....

Hey sdguy2547  I just wanted to tell you to do something that you enjoy.  It all sounds so crazy, but people sometimes need to be reminded that they are #1.  No one is going to tell us this-so we just need to remember how important we are.  Celebrate your life by buying something( If you have the $ and it's not going to take you the rest of you life to pay off). Treat yourself to a new CD or even rent a movie.  Whatever it is reward yourself every now and then because you deserve it.  I find that music makes me happy.  If I'm down I put in a good CD and sing along.  Remember some tunes may remind you of something bad or sad- but a great song can really lift you up.  If you get anything from this e-mail I hope it's that you deserve to be happy.  Take time out and smell the spring flowers. :-) KROCKS
