Hi Hope. I have been concerned about you lately. I haven't seen too much of you in the chat groups. Even though we are in the privacy of our homes, talking about our problems to others is very difficult. I was reading some of the replies that you received, and I am fully behind writing as a place to start. Definately start off with pencil --writing alone for yourself in a journal or to share with others is a great way to get all your fears, frustrations, feelings etc. out of your heart and onto the paper. It's not a cure all but when I do this I get an exhausted/relieved feeling. For just a little bit I don't have to "carry it on me" anymore which provides some relief.
Also, when you are ready to share type it here in the forum. If you are nervous about bringing it up in the forum we can respond individually here - or when we see you in the forum we can either chat there or go to a private chat. Either way, you have already taken the difficult step of putting it out there. And if we have already read it we can gently ask you if you want to talk about it more.
