Having myself thought of the exact same thing in the past I can only hope that as I have, you will not follow through with anything. As big of a pile of poo life can be, akram said it, life is a miracle. I have thought about killing myself many times over the years, even just for the simple insanity that we exist and are unable to truly comprehend what this all means. Life is tricky to say the least. Im glad your reading this :) and hope to see some posts from you..... Alot of people here who are happy to offer what help they can. We are in this together.

Hi, Mysts!
We are waiting to hear from you! We all know how hard it can be...we really do understand! As Els said, you need to go to doc or hospital. Life WILL get better. It's hard to believe sometimes and just as hard to be patient, but there really is light at the end of the tunnel! Again, please come back and let us know that you are here with us! (((((BIGHUGS!!!)))))

Hey Mysts , I've been there many of times myself even now . You have to think positive "this too shall pass" it really will .I have been great for 5 yrs on Zoloft and klonopin I have just went through alot of stress found out my dad has cancer ,my moms not well ,I am 40 ,single with a 4 yrold son and all this has set my system off . I am as down as i can get at this time plus changing my meds ,trying new meds make me worry . I have to constantly tell myself i will be lifted again w/ the right meds and by prayer. I have no fiends at this time they all back off , only child so i am very lonely . I can't talk to my 4 yr old or lean on him but i know I've got to be here for him . Please contact suicidal hotline or Dr immediately . You are NOT alone .

Though I am not suicidal I can identify with going down. Actually it is easier for me to survive on a robotish functional depression level. I am so familiar with it. Being angry is very difficult for me. Females are not supposed to be angry and especially when you are older.

You are allowed to be happy and actually people like to see that. I have a reputation for being pleasant but my physical stuff really gets in my way with that at times.

Feel like I'm rambling but as my husband said...don't give them the satisfaction of committing suicide. Smiling drives the hospital and clinic workers (including doctors) crazy. He was a fierce man who died at the VA.

You have lots of support on here. Keep going, just one day at a time.
