Reading the paper this morning, The Sunday Seattle Times, Northwest Life section has an article extoling the virtues of Flaxseed not only for it's BP and digestive properties but also it's mental health benefits. My wife has us taking it for blood pressure and the omega 3's it contains. I have started to try taking the oils through out the day to see if it can control my mood swings. Has anyone else tried this? It probably would go well with Strawberries or Pears in smoothy. The article talks about
it's use dating back to Hippocrates time.
