It takes me at least an hour to fall asleep every single night. I work out 5 times a week, don't really eat junk food and walk 3 miles everyday. I'm trying to do everything to make it easier to fall asleep. Then when I do go to sleep I wake up 7-10 times everynight. I think I'm going to go to the sleep clinic very soon. Trying to battle depression is bad enough on its own but worse when you can't get a full night sleep. I've tried Ambien CR. I was even up to 2 pills a night. That didn't help at all. I'm up to a dose on amnitryptaline that is almost never prescribed (150mgs.) I think the next step is going to be a narcotic like valium but I'm not crazy about
taking that every night. Any other suggestions?
