We have tried to have scheduled chats but have had little participation. Not sure if it is just the nature of our disease or what. As to the chat rooms, they are
open for anyone anytime and alot of the time people are in the rooms chating as an escape from their disease rather than focusing on it. The scheduled chats usually have more focus on the issues associated with our disease. If there is a desire to have Depression forum scheduled chats, I would be more than happy to set them up again.
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.
