Well being tired all of the time is a major sign of depression. Also, I have found that when I have major anxiety attacks I am exhausted afterwards
It does not mean you are lazy at all. It can also mean that your "clock" is out of whack. Let me ask you,did this start when it got cold out? Were you like this in the summer? I have found that during the winter I am always tired. And sunlight is something that helps me.
Also,you are a teen and right now your body is going thru alot of changes. My suggestion is going to the doctor and talking to him about
the anxiety attacks,the depression and being tired all of the time.They might suggest changes in your diet (alot of sugar can do that too),or they might suggest some type of med that would help you.
