I know that typically grapefruit is something you shouldn't take with meds. I've mentioned in a few posts about my husbands depression and his body not metabolizing the meds properly. He called his pdoc today and asked if it might be helpful for him to take his meds with grapfruit and his pdoc said it was a very good idea, for his situation, to give it a try. Said he wondered why he didn't think of it himself!
So, I guess this will be the next thing we will try to get his meds to work properly!
Wish us luck, or better yet, pray!
