Hey, you can talk to me anytime you want! Why dont you try the pill Effexor XR? I've been on them for 3 years and I feel great.

Hi There and welcome to HW,

Im sorry to hear of your troubles... it sounds like you have a lot to cope with at the moment. Have you considered councilling as well as meds? Is your appointment with your GP/normal doctor? There are loads of people here who have similar experiences so there is always plenty of support. Let us know how you get on at your appointment on Thursday

Good luck with your appointment. Darren is right, counselling or psychotherapy would be good for you aswell as medication. Be honest with your doctor about how you are feeling and let us know how you get on.

Take care.

Hello and Welcome to Healing Well.

I am Kitt

We are a group of people who know what your going through.  I am more than happy to be your friend and help you talk through your problems.

I think the best thing is to get to the physician and get a good check up, see if he feels you have depression or something else.

From there you can talk about the Effexor and the many other choices.

You may want to consider therapy too.

Take care and keep posting.
