I am unsure how people would feel about having regular chat sessions. All opinions are welcome btw!!!! My experience of scheduled chats has always been quite cold. I have not done them in depression but they are not too popular in Epilepsy. We could try and schedule one and see what happens.
Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.
