Hi Rintintin and welcome!
I'm on Mirtazapine, which does make me generally tired through the day. Even without that though, I'm very lethargic generally.
I find changing the way I eat helps. I'm on a high fat, high calorie diet. Sometimes my body just gets tired from having to try digesting the fatty foods. At these times, I find a nice crispy salad can do wonders for my energy levels. I don't feel so bloated and full afterwards. I've spent all this week on salads, altering what I make them with. I generally feel more energetic this week, and have got soooo much housework done.
Sitting out in the sun also makes me really tired, and it takes so much more energy to move.
Because it is so hot, make sure you are getting plenty of fluids. Dehydration can make you feel a bit light-headed and really tired. I've been having a melon a day, as I can never mange too just drink enough too keep myself fully hydrated.
Hope some of this helps. I'm no expert, but I definately know how annoying it is, just being tired or lacking in energy.
