I have one more question regarding meds wearing off.
Have any of you experienced diarrhea as an early symptom that you might be experiencing a breakthrough on your meds?  What about falling off with the desire to continue communication socially?  Meaning, while you still talk with people, you start dropping off on the amount of conversations you have with people?  Start stressing easily over small things?  could these be some early symptoms that your current meds may not be working anymore?
Thanks a bunch for any replies :-)
After twelve years of therapy my psychiatrist said something that brought tears to my eyes. He said, "No hablo ingles."

Unfortunately meds take awhile to work.  Even then you can have side effects such as what you were explaining.
I will tell you that I have been on my meds for almost a month and a half and I still am having days that are almost unbearable.  I have even started to have those thoughts that are not good.
Hang tough and dont stop asking questions. :)
The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today. Let us move forward with strong and active faith.

If that all continues I would contact my doctor right away.
Meds can take 4-6 weeks to take full effect. And sometimes it does take a few tries to get on the right meds. That is pretty normal.
