You have been given some good advice so far. I too want you to know that you can use these boards as mch as you feel you need to and we will support you in any way we can. I noticed that you have mentioned the use of medications but there is no mention of talking therapy... have you considered Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Rational Emotive behavioural Therapy (REBT)? Also, exercise and sunshine help your body process Vitamin D which in turn can help the symptoms of Depression.
