Where are you talking to these people at? I really think that if you want to get better then part of moving forward is to not associate with people that are having the thoughts.
That is not healthy because it moves your mind into other areas that you are trying to avoid.
At some point you need to have a positive influence in your life.
Remember,if you want to get better then you have got to look at your environment and decide if that is what is making your depression worse. If it is,then you have to figure out a way to at least change that environment or make it better.
