He's pretty much on the same page as we are. Low glycemic load carbs, lots of veggies, lean meats, fish, nuts and light on the fruits. Good artlcle.

Hi Jeannie,

I really enjoy reading Dr.Weil's Newsletters and website.I bought 1 of his Books (can't for me life remember the name!).I'm glad the Article was of benefit..I always like to help if I can..
