That weight loss is awesome. If you are having some hunger attacks you can eat protein and healthy fats (like your peanut butter) to help you over the hump. I find that a 1 inch square block of mozarella cheese and about 8 almonds or 18 peanuts will do the trick. Glad to welcome you here and happy to make a new friend but not for the reason of diabetes.
