After having been out of work for about a year and a half with complications with the circulation problems and the final amputation of both my legs last December I have gotten myself a new job, part   time.  :-) Now mind you it's nothing fancy but it keeps me busy a few hours each day so I don't get so board just being home. It gives me a small paycheck every other week which doesn't hurt either. It also suppliments my monthly disabilty check that I receive. They have a limit on how much you can make and stay on disabilty.  With needing to use a wheelchair to get around and my not so good vision it would be pretty hard to find a real job like I had before my illness. My new job is really very simple.  It can even be boring at times, but it does give me something more to do.  It consists of stuffing envelopes with sales lititure and attaching the mailing labels. Most of these go to other companies or individuals who have requested information, so don't blame me for more junk mail. It's a job I can do from my home so I don't have to get out to go to work. They deliver the boxes of material each week and I get it ready to be mailed for them.  My husband drops it off at the post office for me every Monday on his way to work. I have been doing this since mid October and I still have plenty of time for other things.  My health continues to be good, something I'm very thankful for after all I have been through this past year.  I had a real scare here a couple of weeks ago when my husband went deer hunting with his friends.  One of his buddies called me and said he was missing and they couldn't find him.  I was very worried he;d been hurt or shot.  shouldn't have worried so much I guess.  He called about four hours later saying he had gotten sepatated from his hunting party and became lost in the woods.  He found his way to a road and another hunter gave him a ride back to where they were staying.  He was OK, just very tired and a might dirty.  He fell on some muddy ground and got covered with mud. He didn't even get himself a deer.  I guess he had a good time though.
That's all for now,

So glad you have found some work that you can do from home. Good for you!
