cry   my daughter left tampa at 3:30 am to move to south c carolina. about 4 hours later i get a call my best and closest friend passed away from a massive heart attack he also was a diabetic he was 47 years old and a single dad. i'm his daughter jades g-dfather ..she's 9.. the rest became a blurr for 4 days.. my sugars were all over the place, i became dehidrated(tues i drank 6 liters of water)and by tues afternoon i was back in control(is there such a thing?)my daughter was a mess because she was the last to see him alive.as he checked her car before she left..even on an insulin pump your emotions can beat up your diabetes..and i even partly tried to take care of my diabetes:{ if you believe in the l-rd please say a prayer for him and his daughter,,if you don't believe this man deserves a moment of silence for the service he gave this country in the 80's-90's.thank all you and watch your emotions and sugars....avraham5721

I'm sorry about your friend.  I hope his daughter is alright.  This is a difficult time for his family and friends, I'm sure.  And you need to take care of yourself, too.
