Type 2 diabetic
I feel really tired 20 mins after eating any food and have to rest for a couple of hrs but find this hard at the mo as am doing a course so dont eat till i come home at 2 oclock then just want to eat everything in sight.
Could this be anything to do with blood sugar do u think n get lots of infections every month hate it cus i end up with thrush i have it now ugh.

Hi Diligent.  What are you eating before you feel so tired?  If it's high in carbs, you'll be tired like that as your blood sugar comes crashing down afterward.  What meds are you on?  Are they keeping your blood sugar pretty well controlled?  How often do you test?  Feeling that tired might mean you should change what you're eating.  Also, maybe your meds need reevaluation.

Hi there

What are you eating and are you checking your bs a couple hours afterwards? I learned quickly that to many carbs spikes my bs over 200 which makes me extremely tired.

Good luck to you.
