Finally, some press about how we should be concerned about even slightly elevated blood sugar.

Yes, about time. Too late for some of us but nonetheless welcome.

Lately, I've been researching connections between diabetes and hearing loss. Turns out it IS related through neuropathy. Wish I'd known 35 years ago when I started using hearing aids. I've done well so no complaints but I wish those Professional Medical People paid more attention to, what seems now to be, common sense.

Ce n'est pas important, ma petite anjou, c'est la vie! Je suis enchante de faire votre connaisance, dans la salle de la fenetres!

(which means: "It is not important, my little pear, such is life! I am enchanted to make your acquaintance, in the room of the windows!")

Editor's Note: I think my French would have been much better had my hearing loss been caught earlier ;-)

~ Dropped 35 or so pounds after following HealingWell advice
~ Diabetes under control / no meds - so far - knock on head
~ My doctor thinks HE is responsible (Don't tell him! He's happy ;)

I used to eat 100% wrong -- now I eat 95% right
