Just thought I'd drop by & brag a bit.   Saw the doc today for the results of last week's blood tests.
5.2 turn
Well, up a bit from 4.7 three months ago but still pretty stable.
Since I've been eating a lot more eggs & cheese, I asked him to show me my cholesterol numbers ...
.0038 ... down from .0055     Doc said it was great!
I may have too many zeros or the decimal point in the wrong place?
Apparently, my blood pressure is now almost normal so he cut back on my BP meds.
Also, my IQ is up 100 points & I'm much handsomer than I used to be!
(Ok, OK ... so I lied about that last part devil )
Thanks again Lanie, Jeannie, Kris & everyone else turn

You rock, Chris! I'm so fantastically happy for your success (OK. Maybe a little envious, too :-). Truly, give yourself a big pat on the back - you've so earned it! Sharing your good news ends my rather horrible week on a very good note. Thanks for that :-)

Now be prepared to REALLY tell people what your secret is.....

You are an inspiration to any of the newbies that should come our way. You haven't even been here a whole year and already you are making great strides in education and self treatment of your disease. Keep up the good work and PLEASE start telling all the newbies your story! Better yet, post it in one short explanation and we will link it in the "Welcome" post!
