Gallyndur, a couple of things struck me late. If you're eating low-carb, your blood sugar may be much lower than before, so you may need to adjust your insulin. Be careful about
lows, then, ok? Other members had to cut their dosages of meds after going low-carb and losing weight. The other thing is: how do you
prepare rhubarb? I only ate it when my grandmother prepared it and often times it was with strawberries. She made preserves.
I wonder if they eat rhubarb in Scotland. Do they, Fergus?
