I know what you mean. Sometimes even if I'm not in a hurry, I don't remember what the doctor says. And this can be especially true if you're talking about
something new. So, next time you see him, have a pen and paper out and jot down what he says, or repeat aloud what he says (e.g., "So you're saying I should test when I get up?") or take someone with you to the app't. And don't forget to read back through our past posts to learn more about
testing, diet, etc. And come back and ask questions, ok?
