Have a great day with your family and friends tomorrow.  Savor each bite (of the food, not your annoying relatives... :-) ).  Give yourself some room for treats but don't overdo it.  nono    Then, bounce back to a regular schedule of your diet and exercise.  All to get ready for Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving, Lanie! Thanks for being here for us...you've been such a help and continue to be. I'm going to eat good, healthy, tasty and lowwww carb. I'm still learning good food choices and I'm actually loving it! You, TVEditor, Jeannie, Phishbowl are the best. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Thanks for the good wishes and kind words. We postpone our Turkey day each year to the Sunday after so we get all of our kids home. They go to their respective in-laws on Thanksgiving and then all head to our house on Sunday. Sooo today is my pie baking, stuffing making, stock boiling, table oiling day!

HOpe you all had a great Turkey day if you're American. If not, it's time to start getting ready for the Holidays.
