Hello everyone!I'm so frustrated, not sure where to turn, or who to talk to!
I have been researching, and sometimes that can get me into trouble HAHA. I first went to the fibromyalgia board, i just feel so yucky.
I went to the Dr. last Thursday, I have been feeling ill for awhile now & just keep putting it off. I have had my fair share of Dr. visits in the past few years. I had a hysterectomy when I was 28, dr left an ovary so I wouldn't have hormone problems he said. Well, I am 32 now. I can think back & had severe mood changes starting about a year after my surgery. No one ever told me to get hormones rechecked, just said I had the ovary, i would be fine, sent me packing uneducated. A few years ago, I just felt plum crazy, my reg. dr. didn't no what to do with me & referred me to a psych dr. Knowing my history of the hysterectomy, never once did he even suggest I get hormone testing. So, for almost 2 years I believed I was Bipolar. I was on a gazillion of the mood stabilizers & AD's combined with no luck from any of them. Finally ran across someone that suggested i get hormone testing & BOOM!There it was, almost no estrogen, completely ZERO testosterone & low progesterone. So, after Dr. visit, pyschologist visits, pyschiatrist visits I have had my fill of dr's HAHA.
Now, I have gotten all the above taken care of I started feeling like I just can't make it thru the day. I am tired in the morning, I can't hardly get myself out of bed. I feel like I have the flu most days. Starts after I go walking or exercise. I feel weak & fatigued after exercising. I stopped to get gas & meant to get 20$ in gas, i only pumped 10$. Went into pay & the lady was trying to hand my $10 back from the $20 I gave her. I told her I didn't get change back? She said you only pumped 10$. I was very light headed and confused!I told her I felt like my blood sugar was low, I had just exercised & needed to eat something. My body hurts all over. I walked yesterday & today, but it has been about 4 or 5 days since I walked. I have to make myself do it. I feel so tired and sick afterward. I had been dealing with it & trying to act like nothing was wrong, but finally had to stop going to the gym & it's been 2 weeks since I had gone. After I get done I have such a bad headache & I'm so shakey. When I walk, I just feel completely exhausted & ran down. It doesn't matter if I walk for 30 minutes or an hour. I have been running a low grade fever & it mostly happens at night when I am feeling completely exhausted. My glands in my neck feel swollen & the back of my throat gets red. But all of that just hapens in the evening when I feel so tired?
Today, my husband & I had some running around to do. We stopped at the bank to put a deposit in. We went thru the drive thru. I could not get it into my head that we did go to the bank?We got to the shop & I told my husband, We forgot to go to the bank!He said NO we went remember?I had to think about it really hard? This is not normal! And then, before I left I was asking him if he wanted me to make the bank deposit???????????I am really feeling bad today. I am eating every few hours. Im so sure that I will have to change my diet drastically if all of this is the case!I had 3 strips of turkey bacon & a cup of coffee with splenda/creamer, an apple. We went out for lunch & I had a turkey sandwhich with cheese, lettuce, onion & some creamy pasta stuff with a glass of sweet tea.
When I went to the Dr. I was completely caught off guard. They wanted the 3 hour glucose test & vitamin D. My dad & my uncle both have Diabetes, and I'm not sure what other family members have it?So, I guess we will see what happens. The results should be in sometime this week I would think?
When I look up symptoms on computer they seem so vague. I have the light headed, confusion, headache & shakey feeling. The dr said all of this would make you feel ran down & that would cause the achiness in your body & feeling of sickness? Is this true??
I am so sorry I rambled on forever, I just hope this week goes by quick & I can get an answer.
Thanks for listening!!

Shakiness, fatigue, mental confusion and changes in mood have all been associated with blood sugar (either too high or too low).  Having a few blood tests should help tell you and the doctor what's going on.  It may be your blood sugar, so this is one of the conditions that needs to be considered.  Let us know what the results are.  In the meantime, please read our various threads here about food and diet and blood sugar.  Good luck.

If it's not blood sugar have your thyroid checked out. Same symptoms show up with lots of different disorders. Good luck with this.
